In these days of instant satisfaction, I am always impressed by someone who plays the long game. And especially those who play it with grace, caring and a genuine love for what they do.

Don’t know about you but it seems that I have been hearing about AI, Artificial Intelligence, about every other email, and in so many business and personal conversations over the last month.
