More About Coach Cheri Ruskus

Cheri Ruskus is a Growth Mentor best known for her 40+ years of expertise in helping entrepreneurs grow. She’s also one of the happiest gardeners you’ll ever meet, passionate about sharing the benefits of gardening for mental health and creative well being.

After 16 years at the helm of her first start-up, Business Answers, a call center and business services company, Cheri founded Business Victories in 1999. Through this coaching organization she has been compelled to share strategic guidance, support, and accountability to other small business owners as they navigate the many challenges of entrepreneurship.

Having struggled with self confidence through her early years, Cheri has been inspired to continously build confidence in women through building their creative spirit.

It has been her honor to share the real world experience of over 40 years through lessons learned by being mentored herself from the best of the best in the many areas of business. She has facilitated many workshops and masterminds including her own Victory Circles over the years that focused on mindset, marketing and creativity.

Powering up a good idea and bringing it to life is one of her greatest joys both for her herself and helping to plant the seeds of growth for others. Whether it is helping someone find their true purpose or inspiring others to the benefits of time in the garden.

Cheri is a long time Colorado resident with her husband Ed and two pooches Abbi and Luna. She also is extremely proud of her two grown children Travis and Bailey who have become successful entrepreneurs themselves.

Today Cheri is continuing to share her programs through this online platform. She is currently offering her coaching on a very limited basis as she travels and enjoys the many pleasures of life at this stage of the game.
