Today as we say goodbye to January and prepare for February 2022, I have a few questions for you to ponder.
What is your greatest strength? The number one forerunner of all the skill sets that you possess that allows you to shine the most. What value is that strength to you? What is that value to others?
Last week as I finished up my certification for my Money Coach training my mentor coach brilliantly asked me a question that put many things into perspective for me. She asked, if you could put a dollar value on the wisdom and life experiences you have acquired over your lifetime what would that number be?
Wow, that really got me to thinking and reassessing my value. I would ask you the same question as food for thought. Because let’s face it the more we value ourselves, the more others value us. What is the dollar value of your top strength?
The focus skill set and principle within my coaching organization for February is self-confidence. And in honor of that I have developed a new online program called A Course in Confidence.
While this is being offered as part of our Victory Circles Mastermind program which is now closed for 2022, I will be offering this course as a stand-alone self-study course starting on Wednesday. I believe by raising our collective self-confidence, we will improve the world at large.
And finally, a big thank you today for all those that reached out to me from last week’s Victory Letter to share encouragement and sweet words. That is what makes community so important. We all need each other.
