Larger Than Life

Be the gift you bring. #truthbomb

I don’t know about you but this Monday morning I find myself catching my breath. Wow what a weekend of family fun that included the college graduation of my nephew/godson, Jack, and celebrating my husband Ed’s birthday.

In these larger-than-life moments it is so important to stop and feel the deepest of gratitude for those that we love. To be present in the moment and feel the feelings down to our core.

Late yesterday as we found ourselves dancing on my sister’s patio, in the final celebration of this moment, the joy and love that we felt for each other radiated through each of us.

Let’s face it life gets busy, and we can find ourselves rushing from here to there and not fully being present. That’s what makes these moments so special, especially when we allow ourselves to fully feel them.

What are the larger-than-life moments that you have the opportunity to feel? The ones that will keep you smiling when it’s time to get back to business as usual.

Have a great week ahead!
