2021 has arrived and here we are already on day 2. There is something magical about these first few days of the year don't you think?

With that in mind I thought I would pop in to wish you good thoughts and vibes for the new year.

I hope you are able to take full advantage of this long weekend. Beyond having some merriment and rounding up the Christmas decorations, I hope that you are giving some thought and vision to the year that is ahead of you. After all when Monday comes we need to hit the ground running as it will already be the 4th of January.

While sadly Covid is still in our midst, the advantage we have to this year’s planning that we didn’t have last year...we know we have to plan around this major life obstacle for a good while at least.

Yesterday, on New Year’s Day, beyond doing 108 Yoga Sun Salutations with Ed (which turned out to be so wonderfully mind and body connecting), I worked through my goals for 2021. I plan on doing more of that today. The secret I believe in goal planning is not just stating the goals you want but in fact figuring out the necessary steps you need to get you there.
