Essential Elements

The future belongs to those who prepare for it today.  #togetherathome

Here we go again…This morning I got up and just like last week rewrote this week’s Victory Letter. I suppose like many of us my emotions change with the day.

The deeper I get into really figuring out what matters most to share with you right now, the more I have to do it like in the early days of the Victory Letter in real time on Monday morning.

I think we are all feeling that way to a point. Feeling in ways we haven’t felt before. And, if we are fully playing the cards dealt to us, learning things we have never known about ourselves and others before. There are many elements about this process that can be scary, and others that open our hearts wide.

Saturday nights Together At Home broadcast brought together some beloved entertainers who did a wonderful job in making us all feel better. And about now, feeling better about the situation at hand is important. Especially if we still have our health.

During all of this that is already happening, over the past week mother nature decided to give us a double blow with two pretty severe snowstorms here in Colorado that tested every gardening nerve inside of me.

You see, just like the corona virus I knew there were potentially going to be bad things happen in my garden and there was nothing I could do about. Not only did we have record snow fall but the temperatures dropped to the low teens.

I had to sit out the storm out the best I could and with as much faith and belief that all would be okay. If you have gardened for any length of time (especially in Colorado) you know that it’s the faith and belief that gets you back out and gardening again.

We have been using the word essential a lot these days to describe those in the work force that we can’t live without. Yet each of us are essential in what we provide and do.

Now is the time to stop and look at the essential elements each of us brings to the table and how to potentially do it now in a different way.

We have to have the faith and belief in order to fully capture the post traumatic growth I shared about in last week’s letter.

For those of us who are entrepreneurs this major storm called the coronavirus has asked us to step up in new ways to create new opportunities for ourselves and others like never before.

The choice is yours to complain about what no longer is possible or go forward to make new elements in your business work in ways that are innovative and challenging.

It’s time to rise up and have new experiences, like my husband coloring my hair over the weekend. He did a great job by the way!

There are going to be things that make us uncomfortable but let’s do them anyway. As long we keep ourselves and others safe in the process.

With this in mind I want to share with you a couple of tools that you can participate with me in the week ahead to assist you in getting back on track.

There is no podcast this week as I focus on assisting you in these two ways:
