And Happy Birthday to the Victory Letter! With yesterday being the second annual Juneteenth I thought I would send this letter out today instead of Monday. As I send this to you, I am visiting with family in the Northwest. We all came together to celebrate my nephew Ryan for achieving the prestigious accomplishment of receiving his master’s degree.

The path to this degree was no small feat for a young man who works full time in a career he loves, all while raising 3 children under the age of 6 and being a great dad. Go Ryan and his wife Katie who makes this such a wonderful team effort. So proud of you! To have such beautiful family and continuing to improve your skill sets as you go.

This is my annual Victory Letter that gives me the chance to say, “Hey it’s been another year.” This is birthday number 23. And if you are reading this, and you are past the age of 30, you know how quickly all these years have passed by.

I have an ask of you this week. Would you take 5 minutes to share with me how I can serve you better with this weekly letter? I sporadically hear from many of you each week, and for some of you I know you are reading but I rarely hear from you. With that in mind I want to make sure I am sending you relevant content each week.

Your life is full, and I want the words I sent to you in this letter to matter. Just a quick reply to this email to either share a letter that especially inspired you, or perhaps something you could use some inspiration around right now.

Something new I wanted to share with you is that I have recently also gone back to the drawing board and put new energy into the videos on my You Tube channel. On the channel you will find my recent podcast interviews, and a monthly book chat (review) on a variety of motivating books, and some fun and inspirational You Tube shorts.

Also, I just shared a tour of my garden with my husband Ed behind the camera. The theme for my You Tube channel is all around growing. From the garden to your mindset my purpose is to assist in growing possibilities. You can see it all here.

A big thank you for hanging out with me here and giving me a purpose to write this letter each week. Some of you have been here for a long time, some more recently. As always, I appreciate your being on this journey with me. I will take your answers and head back to the drawing board to figure out what new material I can send your way in the year ahead.
