All In

September has arrived and my question for you 3 days in, are you all in? Are you ready to participate fully in the changes coming your way? They may be big changes, or they may be subtle changes. Yes and… there will be changes.

If you are not sure on how to answer this question here is something to keep in mind. A friend on Instagram shared the 10 Principles of Burning Man event which just happened in late August. The principle that caught my eye was their principle of Participation which goes…

“Our community is committed to a radically participatory ethic. We believe that transformative change, whether in the individual or in society, can occur only through the medium of deeply personal participation. We achieve being through doing. Everyone is invited to work. Everyone is invited to play. We make the world real through actions that open the heart.”

With that in mind think about what you can manifest in the days ahead. Sometimes by just being who you truly are and sometimes by taking the action required that will open your heart and the hearts of those around you.

This week I want to share with you a new intro video I did for my Grow You Girl You Tube channel. A little reminder to create your own principles that matter most to you.

And as you head into this month ahead don’t fear the changes, embrace them so that you can get hugged back. Remember even the butterfly has to fully participate.
