You Have Arrived

Arrive with Intention - Meredith Grundei

Have you ever imagined arriving somewhere? Be it to an organized event, a place you have dreamed of visiting, an important client meeting, or maybe at a goal you have worked hard to achieve. The list of possible arrivals goes on and on.

This past week in an improv class I take each Wednesday afternoon with Coach Meredith Grundei (@meridithgrundeicoaching) she talked about arriving with intention. With your shoulders up straight and a strong intention in your heart that gets you from here to there with great inspiration, anticipation, and delight. Both for yourself and those you are arriving with.

Tomorrow marks the first day of June. How will you arrive for June? What intentions do you have in place to insure the first month of the summer season will be all you want it to be?

I don’t know about you, but I love summer and want to enjoy every juicy minute of it. I want to arrive fully prepared to do all that must be done in my business and then to balance that with playing all the plays that I can.

Here are seven steps from my Grow Plan Planner to help you do a check in with intention before the month begins.

1. Desires and Intentions for the month:

2. Decisions to be made:

3. Challenges to overcome:

4. Time Priorities:

5. Financial Priorities:

6. Heart/Mindset Priorities:

7. Health Priorities:

You can get this planner master in its entirety as part of my

When you arrive anywhere with intention, you will truly know that indeed you have fully arrived!

Here’s to an awesome month of June ahead!

P.S. Today’s picture is my garden at night – lights playing intention in the dark.
