Happy Monday,
Today I am asking you a fairly simple question. What is something new you want to create this week?
Before you think of any reason why you can’t (sometimes our automatic reaction) how about really answering this question from your heart? If nothing else mattered, what would you do new this week starting today?
Then ask yourself, what is truly stopping you from doing what you actually want to do? Versus doing what you think you “should” do.
Last week I shared on a You Tube Live wisdom from the book Atomic Habits. If you haven’t listened yet (or even if you have) perhaps the 20 minutes of this Book Chat can hold some answers for you.
The truth for many of us is that the habits we are used to doing (many times on auto pilot) versus new habits, can potentially trip us up and stop us in our tracks. Stop us from creating those elements we actually WANT in our lives.
During this week with the glow of the full moon, what if you stopped, created a new habit and then headed on to go towards something new in your life?
I encourage you to take this food for thought and go out there and have yourself a most awesome and creative, you doing what you love, kind of week.
