Questions to Grow On
Each morning I start my day asking myself the questions that matter the most to the day ahead. How about you? Where and when does the planning of your day begin? How do they relate back to the goals that matter most to you in your life and in your business?
In my work as a Business Coach I find some of the greatest insights I can offer my clients is to ask them important questions that need answers in that specific moment. Questions that are relevant to what matters most to them, not me. Questions that sometimes are easier to ask from an outside perspective.
I heard a beautiful message from the singer Lauren Daigle not so long ago on her Instagram story, “I think some of the best fruit comes when we are pressed to the end of ourselves.” And without a doubt we can get to the end of ourselves when we take those deep dives to answer the important questions.
After all, questions can trigger…
Q – Quick resolutions to burning problems.
U – Understanding the depths of yourself.
E – Evaluating where you stand on a given topic and why.
S – Self Exploration to further make sense of life around you.
T – Tuning in to different energy frequencies and perspectives.
I – Investigation into what needs to shift, change or remain the same.
O – On boarding of new ideas that may need to be implemented.
N – New prospective to the same old problem or issue.
S – Shifting and surrender to make your goals a reality.
