As we move into the thick of the holiday season we are given so many more extra choices to make in a given day. The key is to find space, time, energy and the peace of mind to actually be present and enjoy the beauty of this season while getting it all done.
One of the most important things I do as a coach is have my clients look at their businesses from a different perspective. Profitability is important without a doubt. However, true happiness in your daily work life is even more important and if that is evading you on a regular basis something is most definitely needing some fine turning.
This fact may (or may not) surprise you that true happiness is not necessarily about how to change your life to help your business. It’s more about how to change your business to improve the quality of your life overall which in turn brings you the greatest joy in the short and long term.
