It's Doable

Do you ever find yourself tossing in the night as your unconscious mind starts to unpack the stuff you are trying to figure out in your life?

Well, the other night while doing that myself, I woke up and grabbed my nearby pen and paper, writing the two words burning on my brain, “it’s doable.” The interesting thing was that once I wrote those two words down, I went into a deep sleep under my comfy comforter.

It’s doable...

What is it in your life right now that needs to be doable? We have all had some pretty big extra challenges that we are still making our way through. However, as I write these words to you 2021 is only 17 short days away. What will make the new year different? What lessons learned from this year will you take with you?

While 2020 proved we never know what a new year is going to bring, the more we plan for what we want it to bring, what we want to be more doable, the better we can move past the challenges and unknowns.

It’s doable...

The first place I like to start is my word for the year. Yes, one single word that when I say it out loud on a daily basis it brings me back to my center and helps me to focus. Words come in all shapes and sizes. Therefore, picking just the right one that will serve you for an entire year is an important proposition.

My word for this auspicious year called 2020 was Grow. And my oh my, did I grow in ways never imagined. And even created a collaboration of coaches called the Grow Circles. The word grow was there with me as I went through the peaks and valleys, even being fortunate enough to grow my business in the process.

It’s doable...

What will be the word in 2021 that will be your daily guide to those hopes and dreams that you have for the year ahead? The word that will give you the confidence and inspiration to make the year doable in the way you want it to be?
