The clock is ticking....with only 3 days left in 2014! Coming up is 365 juicy days in the year 2015 to be the difference you wish to be.
 

I love the words in today's quote and think that it carries with it a remembrance of the power that is inside of each and every one of us. This quote will be my theme for 2015.
 

My mother loved giraffes, and one of her greatest joys was seeing them in the wild in Africa. Although I never got to experience one in Africa with her, every time I see a giraffe I can't help but get a warm smile and think of all the love she shared with the world. The quote and focus I have for 2015 is in tribute to her and the many gifts she left behind on the planet. With New Years Eve being her birthday, this week is very special to me.
 

As far as today goes, I encourage you to take these last few days of the year to acknowledge what is good in your world and what you accomplished from a year ago today. 
 

The greatest gift to give yourself can be to acknowledge what you made happen in 2014. And as you think of those things - really look towards how you can expand on the good you can do in the year ahead. This is such an important step, as when you display gratitude for all that you have done, your steps moving forward can build momentum - instead of just cleaning the slate and starting over.
