When it comes to entrepreneurship and having a business everybody’s different. Everybody is on a different path. – Chef Bai

Well, my friend we have made it to the week before Christmas and Hanukah began last night. The Winter Solstice is on Wednesday, and it’s that time of year when we start looking towards 2023 that is only a just a mere 12 days away.

Of course, some of you may be waiting until next week to fully get to planning for 2023 and I will have some goodies in next week’s Victory Letter to help with new year planning.

This week, my daughter, Bailey Ruskus known also as Chef Bai, is on the newly rebranded Bright Shiny Object Podcast. We talk about all things bright and shiny in going after your career passions. I believe you will enjoy as much as I did, our conversation that delves into the joy her work has brought as she has evolved as an entrepreneur over the past 12 years.

She shares the hard work and struggles that also were involved in getting her to where she is today. How she went from being a classically trained chef at the Le Cordon Bleu to creating a business that is all about creating, and teaching others to create, delicious healthy plant based food alternatives. You can see or hear our conversation (your choice) as we discuss Making Your Passion a Way of Life.

I hope you find many pockets of joy along your way this week and that your stockings are securely hung by the chimney with care!

Until next week wishing you all the good things that life can bring your way during this magical time of year.
