Oxygen First

the greatest gift is being who you are

I think by now we all have heard at least once the instructions when flying about using your oxygen mask. It goes something like this...

"In case of loss of oxygen in the cabin: an oxygen mask will appear in front of you. Simply pull the mask towards you. Place it firmly over your nose and mouth, secure the elastic band behind your head, and breathe normally." And here is the important part... "If you are travelling with a child or someone who requires assistance, secure your mask on first, and then assist the other person.

In other words if you don't have a strong flow of oxygen - you can't help anyone else along your way.

As I share this, December has arrived! I don't know about you, but I feel like the past 11 months have flown by so fast. I hope that there has been many moments throughout the year that have given you many reasons to smile : )

Some of you who are reading this are my clients... either working beside me for years or brand new in 2014. And there are some of you who simply enjoy the free inspiration contained in these weekly Victory Letters, but deep down there is something that is holding you back to actually execute your unique goals that you dream of.

I really want to thank those of you reading this who stepped past their fears and allowed their true light to shine through in our business programs - especially those who committed themselves to the deep support and accountability that occurs in our Business Immersion Master Mind Program.

Now with only 31 days left in the year, let's reflect on how you feel about how the past 334 days went. Now is a great time to stop and take an evaluation of where it is you are standing in your business life right now.

Here are a few simple questions that will get you thinking about how exactly this past year went in your business:

1) What went well?

2) What went wrong?

3) What am I not going to put up with next year?

4) What am I going to do that will allow my true light to shine?

5) How am I going to make a difference next year?

I would love for you to hit the reply button at the end of this email and give me the answers to these questions. I pride myself on my ability to genuinely care about each entrepreneur who wishes to better themselves and their business. I would love to hear your reflections!

Now imagine this: January 1st has rolled around, along with a bunch of new beautiful goals and dreams that you have just set for yourself for the year ahead. Will you be overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, only to have most of these goals just vanish a few days later? Or will you have already put into place the support, accountability, and strategies to actually accomplish these goals?

What if before all the December holiday mayhem begins you are completely confident that you are headed EXACTLY where you want to be in 2015? Our business programs can help with that.

Yes, that you grab that oxygen mask, put it on tight and let the air flow. Then you will be ready to fully help others in the work you do.

So are you going to be ready for next year? Wouldn't it feel great to be assured that your path is filled with the support you need in the year ahead? The beautiful thing is that I am more than ready to help you get to exactly where you want to be, and hopeful that you take this opportunity to connect. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Smile big, open your arms wide, and fully give ...tis the season!

To Your Successes and Victories,
