Collective Power
The word Victory always makes me smile...how about you? When you add in the unity of bringing others together with you into those moments of victory it simply is the best of the best. That coming together of collective power can make you unstoppable individually and as a team in achieving your definitive chief aim!
All this month we have been talking about the Master Mind Principle of Cooperation and perhaps nothing shows the power of this word more than a team of individuals working together for the common good of all concerned.
Last week in the Victory Letter, the discussion was around not trying to do it all on your own. Think back to the teams you have worked on, the ones the brought out the best in you both personally and professionally. The ones that fostered your soul and spirit as you got what needed to be done...done in a way that brought smiles to all concerned. Even if that was just in having a whole bunch of fun.
Personally, my Bff's come to mind when writing this as this morning we have been sending some group texts encouraging each other on our individual ways. For me, these ladies are the ultimate for generating personal collective power. For us, when the special occasions happen when we can get together in the same physical location from our various corners of the U.S., the collective power is a force to be reckoned with! It gives each of us a peace and happiness like no other!
Professionally, one of the reasons that I have loved facilitating Master Mind Circles since I founded the Victory Circles in 2006 is because of the collective power that they create. From the aha moments the come from holding yourself accountable, to the being real moments, to the letting the tears flow moments, the process allows like minds to come together for the betterment of each one involved.
Being on a team of 20 or a team of 2, it sparks a power in us that working alone just doesn’t quite achieve.
How about you? How does working in a team work for you?
Entrepreneurs that can create productive and truly collaborative teams around them are able to reach the pinnacles of victory they desire. Their efforts in this area allow them to reach the growth in their business that makes it viable on a spiritual and monetary level as well. Two major ingredients in reaching Victory.
By having an abundance of faith in the change you want to create, you not only propel yourself forward, you also can propel those around you to create the change you want to see in the world. Whether it's in your own backyard or across the globe.
Bottom line is that people join a tribe to give and to receive with others of a like mind. Stop and take a look at the tribes you are a part of. Perhaps even a tribe that you would like to be a part of, yet you have hesitated in one way or another in making the commitment.
Would love to hear your thoughts and feedback on this important element in the comments section below this post.
And until next week, wishing you powerful collaborations with those of your tribe that bring the best out in you as you bring the out the best in others.
To Your Successes and Victories,
