Before the Show

- The Show Call in Number is: 718-305-6396
- The show will start promptly at 11am EST (8 am PST)
- Please call in 5 minutes before the show begins for sound checks and a little warm up
- Place your call from a landline if possible - Cell phones and portable phones can create sound quality issues
- Please make sure as well that you are in a quiet location.

After the Show
Keep in mind that although there will be a good amount of live listeners on our show, thousands of people will be hearing the recording from all over the world within one week! This hugely happens through social media reminders.
Your Website – if you have a website or special web guru, be sure to post the embed code that we will be sending you after the show to put the recording right onto your website.
Facebook – We will host a link to the blog page where the recording will be held. This link is great for social media! 1-2 posts about the show after it has happened should guarantee that you maximize the amount of listeners without overwhelming them. Twitter – We will be tweeting throughout the week via @VictoryGirl. Tweet us back and re-tweet our posts to spark interest in our followers!
