Mornings, and how you open yourself up to creating positive energy at the start of each day, cannot and should not be overlooked. However, it usually is in order to get cracking on with that never ending to do list or the myriad of wants and needs from other people and things in your life.

What if you took care of your needs first thing every day? You know the old put your mask on first philosophy.  

 The Morning Momentum 21 -Day program was designed for those people who want to start their day differently but can’t seem to find a way to make it happen. Here is what you will get: 

- Receive a daily email first thing each morning for 21 days that will give you a new tool and perspective to look at for self-discovery.

- Tap into the important elements of meditation and how to customize it for you.

- Activate your senses first thing every morning.

- Discover other tools you can easily utilize to enhance your new morning practice.

Grow Sessions

The Grow Sessions is a complete coaching intensive designed to help you get your arms around your greatest commodity. Yes, the one you can never get back once it’s gone - your time.  

This program includes the Morning Momentum Program because this is the most important part of your day and a must for optimum time efficiency.

The online portion of the Grow Sessions which you can start immediately, begins at signup and will give you all the tools to create your own unique Grow Plan. Because remember if a business and the founder behind that business is not growing in one way or another, they are usually fading out in one way or another.

This foundational coaching program that will keep you focused and on track about through a series of 6 online programs.

Session One – Where are you now? Getting really clear on where you honestly stand as you look at your business right now.

Session Two – Understanding Your Values. Because our values make us tick this exercise you give you clarity as to the values you may or may not be currently honoring.

Session Three – Where to Grow from Here. This is where the goal planning visioning comes into play for what you want ahead of you and how you want it to unfold.

Session Four – The BSO (Bright Shiny Object) Grow Planner. This is where the rubber meets the road and your full introduction to your new power tool. You will be receiving a hard copy of this planner in the mail as well as having digital access to it immediately.  In this session you will discover the best way to plan your year, month, week and most importantly your daily schedule.

Session Five – SOS Tracker/Strength Of Systems.Every business works much more profitably and efficiently with systems in place. This module will get you in tune with the SOS Tracker located in your Grow Planner. As you look at each system in your business from Marketing to Finance. You will gain clarity on which ones need help now and which ones in the months ahead.

Session Six – Ideas and the Idea Cycle. As entrepreneurs and small business owners we normally don’t lack ideas we actually have way too many. By having a place in your planner to track ideas and know when to go after them and when to not you will save yourself time, money and energy from going after the wrong bright shiny objects and you focus on the right ones.  

With your Grow Plan and the many elements of your BSO Grow Planner in hand, you will then meet with Coach Cheri Ruskus. Over the course of two coaching sessions, you will be insured that you have the best time implementation strategies moving forward. At that point, if you so desire, you will be ready to move into the Victory Program where you can dive deeper into the money energy of your business.

The VIP Victory Program

Our premier coaching program that is the follow-up to the Grow Sessions Program (a prerequisite).

In this 6-month program you will work hand in hand with Coach Cheri Ruskus. Together you will fine tune your money energy looking at all the elements in your business and how you can make it grow

Key Components of this program include:

- Marketing Mastery Program to build your sales and marketing confidence.

- Let go of fear and overwhelm as you shift your mindset and limiting beliefs.

- Clarify your business mission and true purpose for serving your target audience.

- Build on your growth strategy plan to achieve the goals that matter most in your business and life.

- Build confidence in all areas of your business from marketing to finance.

- Gain clarity into what may be stopping your money energy from fully fueling the business.

- Access to a 24/7 online learning portal to walk you through the many elements of this program.

- Have your own personal business coach/mentor to guide you past roadblocks and keep consistent with follow through.

While you will have several live one-on-one coaching sessions each month you will also have access to Coach Cheri via email and text in between. This will insure that you don’t stop or lose your momentum as you work through putting new systems into place in your business.
